(October 8, 2014) The Blues Masters at the Crossroads event at Blue Heaven Studios, now in its 17th year as the preeminent authentic blues concert in the world, will feature performances by Rip Lee Pryor, Moreland & Arbuckle, Marquise Knox, Big George Brock, Kim Wilson, Joe Beard, Lazy Lester, Mighty Sam McClain, Sonny Green, Kim Wilson with Billy Flynn, and Bernard Allison. Taking place in Salina, Kansas, October 17th and 18th at a converted 1925 church sanctuary, the musical gospel continues to resonate within the walls of this historic building. To bring the 'good word to the streets', Enjoy the Music.com's sister site Enjoy the Music.TV will be live streaming Blues Masters at the Crossroads for the first time in recorded history, so the world can see and hear the live sound of true, authentic blues music during this momentous event.

Since 1998, Chad Kassem and his team at Acoustic Sounds have presented Blues Masters at the Crossroads, an annual celebration of the blues in Salina, Kan. featuring legends of the genre along with rising stars. Besides Enjoy the Music.com's live streaming of the event--which is expected to bring the two nights of powerful blues to a new, broader audience--it will be the first time a live blues concert will be recorded entirely in Direct Stream Digital (DSD), which provides 64 times the resolution of CDs and a much more life-like quality than MP3 tracks.
