Audio Skies had a room filled with great gear from Gamut and a sweet Pear Audio turntable: GamuT RS3 speakers in Ruby: $19,990 My listening notes say that this room had a teensy bit of upward tilt in the highs yet could be the room. Really impressive resolution and there was a very nice decay to the musical notes. Imaging was very good, especially for an untreated / optimized room. Almost makes me think with a lil' bit of room treatment in the right places such as first reflection point and the ceiling (many people forget about the ceiling) it would have been a serious contender.
