AudioVision SF had two full systems within a single room. Each system was setup on the opposite room, so you simply turn your seat around and like magic you have a completely different system in front of you! Gear included Antipodes Music Server, Ben Canto, Densen Audio Technologies, DEQX, Dynaudio, Lyngdorf and YG Acoustics. As this was the first day of CAS 2015 and was already running behind schedule, I have no listening notes (bad Steven, bad bad!). Meant to revisit this room yet wanted to cover a lot of ground to give as many exhibitors press and thus the choice was quantity over quality. Perhaps in the future will have to do like others and only cover a handful or two of rooms and thus leave out many rooms, which shortchanges exhibitors who paid good money t showcase their products. It’s an impossible task however one slices it. Please accept my apologies AudioVision SF as you were a great room and very kind during my visit. If you’re ever in San Francisco you should visit their showroom at 1603 Pine at Van Ness.
