Andrew Jones goes on his own, and the world goes wild with applause! His new field-coil high-sensitivity loudspeakers — ~95dB+/W/m sensitivity; approx. $34,000; Lab 12 60-Watt tube amp. Andrew Jones's new field-coil speakers were paired with a Greek-built Lab 12 stereo tube amplifier and played both streaming and LP sources.

The field-coil drivers and high sensitivity make these speakers easy to drive and capable of exceptional, very wide dynamic response; tube pairing adds harmonic richness. Sound quality is one of the most dynamic and detailed presentations here at AXPONA 2026 — startling transient speed, immediate midrange presence, effortless dynamics, and a warm, harmonically rich tube bloom that made music feel tactile and emotionally engaging.
