Over The Rhine
The Long Surrender

Over The Rhine's latest fan-funded album was produced by Joe Henry. It's lush atmospheric sound benefits from Greg Leisz' Pedal and lap steel as well as background vocals from Lucinda Williams. More pop than folk, the music here spans from torchy tunes like "Infamous Love Song" to bluesy ballads such as "The King Knows How."

The Laws
Try Love

The latest release from the husband and wife duo, The Laws, features eleven new co-written songs. Producer J.P. Cormier adds keyboards, percussion, guitar, banjo, and mandolin to the project. The couple's classic folk sound, highlighted by their euphonic vocal harmonies, will be a sonic balm to anyone who longs for a return to simpler and more direct music-making.
