Christian Magee and Paula Carroll of Svetlana/PM Group now has their new "pre-OEM production" 12AX7 (pricing is about $10).

 

Tom McNeil of Ruby tubes, as used by none other than multiple Grammy Award winner Carlos Santana, were showing their new EL34BSTR ($48 for matched pair). These tubes come with a generous within the industry six-month warranty. They offer many other types of tubes for musicians and audiophiles alike.

Chad Kassem of Acoustic Sounds

 

In the Placette Audio, TEK Line audio cable and Speaker Art room they featured Placette's Active Line Stage ($4,000). This is a solid-state "Class A" design employing all Vishay resistors. TEK Line has their Ag 2 pure silver loudspeaker wire ($100 per foot) and Ag 2 power cable ($499) that also is constructed from pure silver wire. As for Speaker Art, they have the SUPER CLEF tl ($4,600 per pair) that is a 1/8 wave design capable of reproducing 22 Hz (+-2dB). As for the crossover, it is a fourth/seventh order series design using premium capacitors and coils. Speaker Arts also had their SUPER CLEF Bookshelf ($1,800 per pair) capable of going down to 30Hz.

 

In the Cardas / Ayre room they had Joseph Audio Pearl loudspeaker with the Ayre V1X ($9,000) 200 watt per channel stereo amplifier.
